Education and experience:
Have a graduate degree in business administration or a related field. Previous experience in supply chain management is an added advantage.
Knowledge of supply chain operations:
Deep understanding of supply chain operations including production planning and management, inventory management, and product distribution.
Analysis and planning:
Strong analytical skills for examining data and making strategic decisions. Ability to plan to meet changing needs.
Driving ability:
Ability to lead the supply chain work team and motivate them to achieve set goals.
