- Managing the regional (MEA) logistics and supply chain team and operation (Import/Export).
- Managing the day-to-day asset utilization across the region, as well as establishing/maintaining asset & inventory related performance & productivity metrics, and cost management processes.
- Monitor, maintain and track, assets, Inventory, and deliverables to ensure operations run effectively.
- Managing all DBS Assets and Inventory in the region including Cycle and Physical counts.
- Managing and coordinating all activities related to the sourcing and procurement of necessary materials and supplies.
- Maintain continuous focus on keeping a healthy balance of Working Capital
- Managing and processing Third Party rental and sales equipment within delivery timelines
- Build and maintain good working relationships with Intercompany BUs, vendors, and 3rd Parties.
- Managing all regional Repair & Returns including RGAs and RMAs.
- Overseeing the warehouse operations and operators in MEA locations.
- Collate project status reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Drive local supply chain service delivery process to improve performance and team effectiveness.
- Training and facilitating training needs for the regional teams with, but not limited to; ERP Systems, JDE, TAT, ePMS and Logistics processes.
- Teamwork oriented with good leadership skills.
