What will you do

• Working in collaboration with designers and engineers from the company or customer team to define, discuss, design, and deliver extraordinary products.
  

• Investigating client requirements, conducting kick-off meetings with customers, transforming requirements into documents or proof of concepts.
  

• Identifying design problems and advising accurate, applicable, and reliable solutions meeting both user needs and business goals.
  

• Making precise short-term estimations and seeing a bigger picture of project development.
  

• Making prototypes, pre-sale concepts, proof of concepts in a lean and iterative way.
  

• Conducting user testing sessions, interviews, research phases.
  

• Producing or curating creation of high quality mockups, specs, guidelines, and assets.
  

Must haves

• 3+ years of experience in web UI/UX design
  

• Leadership experience with a cross-functional team collaboration
  

• Can showcase of related works with examples of UX research process
  

• A vision of optimizing the work between designers and developers
  

• Upper-Intermediate English level - ability to communicate with team and clients

About our projects

A $14-billion e-commerce company behind 30+ premium cosmetics brands engages our Design Studio to improve its internal tools. Our team came up with UI/UX solutions that helped achieve a 5x higher user engagement while significantly reducing staff training time. Our team is also contributing its cross-functional expertise to the UI and UX of this clients client-facing software.

Our design experts have also taken ownership of the front-end development of a STEM platform leveraged by Stanford. Within a month, they ve created a completely new version of the client s website, complete with 20+ mobile-friendly screens following modern UI and UX paradigms.
