Responsibilities
• Develop technical jobs from client ideas using various materials
• Understand architectural component detail design
• Deliver work in a timely and technically competent manner
• Increase awareness of weather performance and basic building physics
• Handle and fabricate cladding materials
• Inspect existing buildings to understand failure and defects
• Understand international standards and building codes
• Collaborate with other design disciplines
• Provide design leadership on façade issues
• Maintain good client relations throughout the job
