- You must have Professional Engineer certification such as chartership with recognized Engineering Institution.You should have a minimum of 10 years experience, demonstrated by suitable references primarily in the area of submarine cables design, projects and operation.You should have technical design level insight in submarine cable designs of minimum 15kV and higher with firsthand experience of fault-finding techniques, splicing methods suitable to deep and shallow water, cabling handling requirements, such as trans pooling techniques and best practice and constraints.
