Community Engagement through Participating in community events, hosting workshops or seminars, and fostering partnerships with schools, businesses, and other organizations.
Program Development by Collaborating with the L&D, Master Trainers, and Coaches, in supporting development and implementing class schedules, programs, and special events.
Exhibits expert proficiency in group fitness room management, including a thorough understanding of the functionality of group fitness equipment.
Oversee all aspects of customer service, including member service calls and face-to-face feedback, to ensure maximum satisfaction.
Hold coaching qualifications and demonstrate leadership experience.
