Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on building design.
• Proficient in the use of AutoCAD, Revit, and other engineering design software.
• Strong understanding of structural analysis principles and techniques.
• Knowledge of seismic design principles and practices.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
• Familiarity with engineering codes and standards, such as the International Building Code (IBC).
• Strong commitment to safety and ethical standards.
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
