Internal Recruiter- Chester

New opening for an experienced recruiter with a knowledge of social care settings to join an emerging homecare provider as an Internal Recruiter based from their head office in Chester!

This organisation provides complex care services, care home provision, domiciliary care and operate within the North of England and Wales. With a reputation for outstanding care provision and excellent ratings from both CQC and CIW our client has won several new contracts, and as such require a dedicated Internal Recruiter to join the team to focus on the recruitment of Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers and Care Home Managers into their homes and to work as bank staff.

The Internal Recruiter will work from the head office, using job boards, advertising and a lucrative referral scheme to attract talent to the business. You will be responsible for:

- Advert writing and application screening.

- Interviewing of all new staff.

- Reference and compliance checks for all new starters.

- Working closely with the MD to identify upcoming recruitment plans and requirements.

- Talent mapping

- Acting and a brand ambassador.

This role is the first dedicated internal recruitment role in the business, so we foresee a lot of progression scope, and a path to management of a small team of Talent Acquisition professionals.
