- Bachelor's degree in Civil / Structural Engineering.
- 15+ years of managing and supervising building projects.
- Must have the ability to develop strong working relationships with third party client, consultants, contractors, and local authorities.
- Proficiency in utilizing CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with structural/ civil engineering is required.
- Must have knowledge of industry standards and Dubai Municipality regulations and procedure.
- Proven ability to perform in a management capacity, excellent written and oral communications.
- Fluent in Arabic is an advantage.
