Job Description

- Ownership and coordination of financial budget planning (CapEx and OpEx spend) - including tracking and reporting.
- Performance reporting and ownership on portfolio work which is delivered in a combined agile and nonagile manner. Inclusive of status, financials, risks, capacity/resource.
- Lead process improvement for Portfolio management – develop and mature portfolio management with a team of peer portfolio managers.
- If applicable, directly supervise, provide feedback, manage performance and lead a team of junior portfolio/program managers.
- Work with IT leaders and drive appropriate portfolio prioritization
- Create and maintain a portfolio forecast.
- Validate projects that have been sized
- Make sure business cases are thorough
- Assist with getting funding for each project/program
- Ensure it aligns with delivery plans and roadmap
