Promote talent within the team through job training and extended assignments in coordination with the Personnel Partner. Enhancing the employee satisfaction index through employee initiatives, culture and experiences. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store related to visual merchandising, POS compliance and sales force scheduling. Provide support to store staff during in-store events. Act as the main point of contact with the back office team.
