Requirements
Competencies Requirement (Skills, Qualifications and Experiences):
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion, or a related field
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in luxury retail management, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Soft Skills:
- Strong understanding of customer service and luxury selling behaviors.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- A passion for fashion and an understanding of luxury market dynamics
Hard Skills
- Proficiency in retail software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Arabic, fluent English
Personal Attributes:
- Professional and polished appearance in line with luxury fashion.
- Proactive, with a can-do attitude
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations
- A team player with excellent interpersonal skills
