Store Manager

This role will analyse the store performance and have a commercial mindset when making decisions that drive the business and will build a team to develop and maintain the client database, ensuring repeat visits and customer loyalty.

In addition, this role will also be required to organize marketing activities to support the development of the business. The Manager will ensure that the team is surpassing exceptional customer service expectations at all times by leading by example.

To be considered for this role, the successful candidate must be a self-driven professional who is adaptable and a team player. The ideal candidate will be innovative and enthusiastic with the ability to communicate proactively.

Our client is looking for someone with previous experience working within a luxury fashion business with a deep understanding of the UAE market and will have a proven track record of increasing turnover and profitability through successful management of P&L, budgets and sales growth.

The candidate must have extensive awareness of the luxury fashion industry, current market, competitors and style trends.
