Store Keeper

Responsibilities

• Oversee the receiving, labeling, and storing of goods in an efficient and organized manner
• Conduct regular stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy and minimize discrepancies
• Maintain proper documentation of all transactions, such as receipts and delivery notes
• Monitor stock levels and place orders when necessary to avoid stockouts or overstocking
• Coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods
• Inspect and report any damages or discrepancies in stock received
• Follow proper storage procedures to preserve the quality and condition of goods
  

Requirement

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience as a Store Keeper or similar role preferred
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office suite
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with numbers
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
