• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming goods and supplies, including raw materials, machinery parts, tools, and packaging materials.
• Ensure accurate and uptodate inventory records by maintaining proper documentation of stock levels, stock movements, and deliveries.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records to identify discrepancies and take appropriate corrective measures.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders based on stock levels and production requirements, ensuring timely delivery of materials.
