Job Description

- Greet customers, respond to queries, and provide outstanding customer service.
- Upsell and cross-sell products of the store.
- Operate cash register, manage financial transactions, and balance drawers in the outlets.
- Maintain required records, prepare, and submit DSR, provide feedback and serve as direct point of interaction between customers and other stakeholders.
- Ensure that the shop is always well-maintained and represents the company image.
