Job Description

- Lead and supervise the hotel stewarding team to ensure efficient operation of the kitchen and dining areas.
- Oversee the cleanliness and organization of all kitchen equipment, utensils, and food preparation areas.
- Train, coach, and motivate stewarding staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and coordinate replenishment as necessary.
- Collaborate with kitchen and restaurant staff to ensure smooth flow of operations and adherence to sanitation standards.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures and guidelines in compliance with health regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to cleanliness standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and workflow to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining records, preparing reports, and budget management.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts within the stewarding team and escalate when necessary.
