The Customer Support Associate role is responsible for the first line of support for responding to incoming calls from customers to answer questions and inquiries they might have throughout the car selling or buying process. The Customer Support Associate is responsible for directly interacting with customers via phone, email, or chat to troubleshoot problems, provide information as requested, and handle complaints. This role is expected to follow up with customers after they've had an issue with their transaction and resolve issues in a timely matter. The Customer Support Associate is assigned a queue of open unresolved cases which include handling returns, vehicle issues, processing refunds, general inquiries, etc. If a Customer Support Associate is unable to resolve a case, they are expected to escalate it to the Customer Support Team Lead.

This is a 1099 remote position not a W2.
Full Time
