Job Responsibilities:
Finish Carpenter:
- Ensure proper insulation, waterproofing, and sealing Install variety of metal and wood exterior siding
- Install variety of metal and wood exterior siding
- Install doors and windows, siding, sill pans, casement, as well as interior entry doors in modular residential homes
Drywall Installer:
- Install and finish drywall on modular residential homes
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools such as hammers, drills, wire cutters, multimeter, voltage tester
- Measure, cut, and install drywall sheets
- Apply joint compound to seams and joints between drywall sheets to create seamless surfaces
- Sand surfaces to achieve a smooth, even finish, remove any bumps or rough spots
- Repair damaged drywall sections including holes, dents, and cracks
Basic Qualifications:
- Must have 2 years in drywall installation and drywall finishing
- Must have 2 years in Finish Carpentry and Carpentry
- Must be comfortable with overtime
