- Linux
- AWS
- Hands on knowledge on networking concepts (DNS, SSL, traceroute)
- ITIL (MTTR, MTTD, SLA etc), Jira (Scrum, Sprint, Kanban)
- NOC experience, Good troubleshooting skills
- Solutioning approach, Microservice, Monolithic architecture
- Bash/Python
- Monitoring and alerting tools (Sumologic, New Relic,Pagerduty)
- On call experience, Incident management
8 - 12 years of relevant reliability engineering work experience. Ability to understand the business services and map it to the reliability engineering design and review. Support the technology and business services of the entire technology platforms from the scaling and performance perspective. Proven ITIL support on incident, problem and change management with less response and resolution times.
Experience with root cause analysis of critical business and production issues and professional in incident triage & response; effective working under pressure Experience in managing 24x7 functions Experience on Public Cloud AWS Experience in Linux System Administration Experience with monitoring solutions (e.g. DataDog, Splunk, New Relic, Sumo etc) Oncall Support
- Docker and Kubernetes knowledge
