- Proven experience as an Email HTML Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS, with a strong understanding of responsive design techniques.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp, Constant Contact).
- Knowledge of email marketing best practices, including deliverability and spam compliance.
- Experience with A/B testing and performance analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience with email automation tools and personalization.
- Graphic design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of JavaScript for interactive email elements.
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) for email design.
