- Sourcing strategy by develop and execute specialized sourcing tailored to the unique needs of the defense and military industry
- Conduct market analysis and maintain through understanding of the defense technology trends.
- Conduct assessment of potential suppliers, considering their ability to meet defense specification standards.
- Work closely with technical experts to evaluate the technological capabilities of suppliers
- Negotiate with suppliers ( commercially and technically) to ensure meeting our requirements.
- Collaborate with cross functional team (finance, legal, business development and project management) to ensure comply with the requirements.
- Understand the export control procedure.
- Build and maintain strong relationship with defense contractors, sub-contractors and other key suppliers.
