- Provide expert advice and guidance in project planning, project execution, and project control.
- Assist in resolving project management problems related to the area of expertise, including addressing project planning deficiencies, project quality defects (in engineering, procurement, or construction), schedule delays, and potential cost overruns.
- Collaborate closely with project engineers and other project professionals, offering work direction and guidance.
- Develop and implement strategies aimed at improving project planning, cost control, scheduling, and overall project quality.
- Evaluate existing tools and methodologies within the area of expertise and make recommendations for their implementation at This Company.
- Lead internal or external problem-solving teams as directed by management.
- Conduct training courses in the area of expertise.
- Provide training and mentorship to developing engineers and other project management professionals.
- Participate in the development of standards, guidelines, instructions, policies, and procedures as needed.
- Participate in the review and evaluation of the capabilities of E&C contractors, suppliers, and project management partners.
