SECTION 2: PRIMARY OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF ROLE

Liaise with UAE and all concept IT managers and carry out tasks and implementations for each concept

Monitors security compliance in accordance with IT policies and procedures.

Infrastructure management Make sure all IT Services are 24x7 operational

SECTION 3: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Key goals

Governance with concept IT Managers in UAE, Head of Finance in KSA

Project execution

Escalation management in KSA

IT Budgeting in KSA

Supplier governance

Follow-up with sourcing for contracts/purchasing activities

Outcome goal

Overall

Stakeholder management

Regular meetings with all stakeholders in KSA , specially the upcoming Nandos

Meet HoF in KSA regularly and document business demands

Meet concept IT Managers regularly and minute meeting notes

Governance meeting with the Head of IT once a month

IT Operations

Identifying business requirements on an on-going basis and implementing solutions

Making IT as enabler for the business and providing competitive edge

Monitors security compliance in accordance with IT policies and procedures.

Infrastructure management Make sure all IT Services are 24x7 operational, ensuring data center equipment s are functional. Servers, storage, backup, Network devices are up and running all-time

Regular data backup for all critical business data;

IP telephony are functional all time.

License Compliance Audit and Identify software licensing gaps and work towards license compliance.

Standardizing IT hardware and operating platform.

IT Procurement Dealing with vendors/ suppliers / Contractors for hardware / software procurement, ISPs, AMCs and Contracts

Administering and managing network resources.

Installation of Servers, PCs, laptops, printers and other networking devices.

Administering and managing of DNS, DHCP and FTP Servers in the office network infrastructure with Windows 2012 & 2016 servers.

Administering knowledge on firewall system.

Administering and managing Avaya PABX System, Contact Centre Applications and IP Phones

Providing online and onsite support for business users

Managing new store opening

Managing internet lines, leased lines and telephone lines with ISP

Micros and Embed administration and functional support

Managing and support Micros 3700 POS application

Managing and support FMC application

Support the IT wing to resolve the Software, hardware /Communication problems and defects.

Acquire a deep understanding of all supported products and interfacing networking equipment.

firewall, router, windows 2016, cloud concepts, MPLS, IP technology and Micros 3700 POS System Others

Rendering expertise in network infrastructure & TCP/IP, network documentation, architecture diagram formulation.

Qualifications & others

B.tech or primary degree holder in any stream withcertification in Microsoft, Cisco & security

6-8 years experience out of which at least 2 years in individual contributor role

Has worked in hotels or restaurants or both in the past for at least 4 years

Has worked closely with POS vendors like Micros/Prologic (other POS brand is also good) or has worked in a entertainment or fitness environment with relevant tools and processes

Project Management certification is desirable but not must

Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken)

Willingness to cover distances in KSA to provide outlet services

India or KSA based

Joining to be within 45 days of selection

Salary as per market standard
