Job Description

- Conduct HSE planned & unplanned audits and site inspections at facilities, Inspection reports HSE findings consistent and recommendations for closeout.
- Assist and Support in Internal and External audit (e.g., Achievement of 5-star rating in British safety Council)
- Develop HSE Management system (RSEMS) operational procedures and provide training and awareness programs to Agencies QHSE units on implementation requirements.
- Plan, develop, and conduct HSE induction program to RTA Employees and Contractors
- Carry out Accident investigation at sites as required and advise on necessary safety obligations and requirements to identify root causes.
- Support activities related to other Departments & Committees (e.g., Safety award 2018, Procurement manuals and policies).
- Support conducting periodic corporate HSE meetings and workshops including external stakeholders’ meetings.
- Support RTA’s HSE performance monitoring through regular data collection and analysis to identify improvement areas and ensure compliance to international standards and applicable regulations.
- Provide assistance and advice on HSE issues and provide recommendations to Senior Management.
- Support Department with planning and execution of new initiatives and projects (e.g., Smart Safety Licensing program).
