Job Description
Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations.
Supervise inspectors, technicians and other staff and provide guidance and instructions.
Supervising all product development procedures to determine error rates and quality standards.
Monitor and inspect the final output and compare characteristics to requirements
Supervising the approval or rejection of invalid products.
Maintaining the organization’s documents and accuracy in dealing with statistical procedures and analyses.
Continuous evaluation of customer reactions and the extent of their satisfaction with products and services.
