SR BACKEND DEVELOPER - ARABIC SPEAKER - Duncan amp Ross

JOB SUMMARY:
As a Senior Backend Developer you will play a pivotal role in the development and maintenance of sophisticated backend applications and systems. Your expertise in NodeJS .NET and Java will be instrumental in building robust efficient and scalable backend solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of serverside logic database interactions and the ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.

• Lead the development and optimization of serverside applications and databases using NodeJS Java and .Net ensuring high performance and responsiveness
• Design and implement advanced algorithms to solve complex problems in backend development.
• Oversee integration with multiple data sources and databases (SQL NoSQL etc.)
• Spearhead the Agile development process actively participating and leading sprint planning reviews and retrospectives
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate userfacing elements with server logic seamlessly
• Work closely with product owners and designers to refine and enhance product features providing technical leadership and innovative solutions
• Troubleshoot debug and upgrade existing systems ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the business.
• Produce clean efficient and reusable code setting a standard for the development team
• Conduct code reviews providing feedback to ensure adherence to best practices in coding standards testability and efficiency
• Implementation of contemporary engineering practices like lean software development testdriven development continuous integration and continuous deployment
• Contribute to and oversee the creation and maintenance of technical documentation ensuring it reflects product updates and addresses user feedback
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
7 years of experience in backend development with a focus on NodeJS .NET and Java
Proven experience in building scalable and highperforming backend services
Deep understanding of API design and development and microservices architecture
Strong understanding of code versioning tools such as Git
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker Kubernetes)
Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD)
Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work in a team environment
