Specialist Radiologist

Responsibilities • Perform and interpret diagnostic imaging procedures such as X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, ultrasounds, and fluoroscopies. • Provide accurate and timely radiological diagnoses to guide patient treatment plans. • Ensure radiation safety protocols are followed in the imaging department. • Consult with referring physicians to discuss imaging findings and collaborate on patient care. • Supervise and train radiology technologists on proper imaging techniques and protocols. • Maintain detailed records of all procedures performed and patient outcomes. • Stay current on advances in radiology technology and techniques through ongoing education and training. • Participate in departmental meetings and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes. • Provide expert input on complex cases and assist other healthcare professionals in making informed decisions.
