Specialist Process Engineer

• Planning, creating, and delivering training sessions both on site and at client offices
  
• Delivering development courses, providing support and mentorship to IFZA staff
  
• Identifying internal and external training needs and work with the Academy Manager and other relevant departments to develop appropriate materials and programs
  
• Ensuring the highest quality and consistency of training courseware in a pre-assigned area of responsibility
  
• Keeping abreast with the latest updates related to training courseware and best practices and international trends and research
  
• Maintaining a database of training materials
  
• Supporting the Academy Manager with any tasks as required
  

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Corporate Trainer or other similar roles relevant to adult education
  
• Proven experience in designing, developing, and executing classroom and online led training sessions, using different online platforms and the latest training methodologies to create impactful presentations
  
• Impactful training and presentation skills
  
• Thorough understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools
  
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize with high workloads
  
• Excellent interpersonal skills and sense of accountability
  
• Showcasing a spirit of teamwork, respect, tolerance, and professionalism
  
• Experience with LMS is a plus
  
• Industry knowledge is a plus
  
• Valid UAE driver s license and vehicle are advantageous
