Technical Leadership:
As a Mobile Developer / React Native Developer you will lead the development of complex software solutions using the React Native technologies. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements architect scalable solutions and ensure the successful delivery of projects. Your expertise in React Native app development will be instrumental in mentoring junior developers conducting code reviews and driving technical excellence within the team.

Building on our capabilities as sovereign cloud and HPC specialist we bring generative AI cybersecurity professional and managed services expertise to enable nationalscale program deployments across industries.

Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership:
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to a team of developers ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality identify areas for improvement and mentor junior team members.
System Architecture and Design:
- Architect and design solutions that are scalable flexible and align with the organizations technical strategy.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies and tools to achieve project goals.
Performance Optimization:
- Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize code and database queries for enhanced application performance.
- Monitor and troubleshoot application issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Collaborate with the QA team to ensure software quality and participate in debugging and resolving issues.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation for all development activities.
- Provide regular project status updates and reports to the project manager and stakeholders.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
- Proven 4 years of experience as a React Native Developer or similar role with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.
- Indepth knowledge of React Native C# .NET framework ASP.NET SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server.
- Proficiency in web development technologies like HTML CSS JavaScript and frontend frameworks (e.g. Angular React).
- Experience with database design and development using SQL Server or other relational databases.
- Strong understanding of software design principles design patterns and best practices.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control systems (e.g. Git).
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to handle complex technical challenges.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Proactive attitude with a passion for continuous learning and staying uptodate with industry trends.
