• Establishes good rapport with guests while maintaining appropriate guest-employee relationships.
• Prepares treatment areas according to specifications at the end of each treatment.
• Knows the benefits, indications and contraindications of all spa services, professional and retail products.
• Commits to follow strictly Four Seasons Spa code of Ethics, Conflict of interest and Client privacy policies
• Complies with Four Seasons standard culture and operational criteria and provides retail prescription cards
