Qualifications
- Ability to work a rotating roster that includes morning, evening, weekend and public holidays shifts.
- Educated to a Diploma level (Beauty or Massage, ideally both).
- Previous experience as a Senior/Lead Therapist in a luxury five-star spa environment.
- Extensive knowledge of spa treatments and techniques.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of Therapists to deliver outstanding guest service and drive the financial performance of the spa.
- Outstanding guest relations skills with experience of dealing with high profile clientele.
- Strong sales skills to genuinely and confidently drive retail sales.
- Impeccable personal presentation and excellent communication skills.
