2. Contribute to the provision of high-level services in accordance with the standards found in the Company's Standard Operations Manual.
3. Perform massage therapies and physical therapies with quality according to the standards found in the Standard Training Manual.
4. Ensure that all equipment associated with the service function is operational at all times.
5. The ability to answer all questions related to the services and to determine the benefits or advantages required for the guests.
6. Assistance in shows and events upon request.
7. Participate in new training programs and update as necessary.
