- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring all guests receive a warm welcome and professional assistance
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of spa therapists and support staff to deliver the highest level of service to guests
- Develop and implement spa programs and treatments that align with the company's standards of excellence
- Manage the spa's daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and handling guest feedback
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and well-maintained spa environment
- Collaborate with other departments, such as the hotel's marketing team, to promote and market spa services effectively
- Monitor and control the spa's budget, including forecasting and cost analysis, to maximize profitability
