• Provide effective leadership to the spa team, inspiring a culture of excellence and exceptional guest service.
• Set objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the spa department aligned with hotel objectives.
Guest Experience and Service:
• Ensure guests receive personalized, attentive, and high-quality service throughout their spa journey.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a welcoming and serene environment conducive to relaxation and rejuvenation.
