- Experience working with Oracle Health Millennium
- Experience over Oracle Health General Laboratory solutions (PathNet - Gen Lab) integration with Health Millennium solutions, at least 5 years
- Software implementation work experience, at least 3 years
- Health care information technology work, at least 3 years
- Customer service experience, at least 3 years
- Bachelor's degree in IT, HealthCare or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
- Fluent in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience on Laboratory - Anatomic Pathology, Blood Bank, Helix, Microbiology, Infection Control
- Pharmacy related solution knowledge is a PLUS.
- Experience working in Support or Application Managed Services organization.
