Soft Services Coordinator

Implement periodic safety and quality audits, evaluate results, and take appropriate actions to ensure compliance. Submit the results to the department head.
Follow up site work with project supervisors.
Report safety inspection results to the department head.
Implementing safety and quality checks.
Monitoring security operations and procedures.
Carrying out safety assessments.
Preparing health and safety manuals and policies.
Preparing various reports, documents and forms.
Participate in implementing training programs and disseminating information to the public, employees, customer representatives and tenants.
Follow up on new tenders and meet with clients if necessary.
Coordinate with all supervisors to run daily operations.
Handling administrative work, including processing timesheets.
Site supervision.
Required profile of candidates
Bachelor's degree or diploma with 4 years of similar experience preferred.
