Soft Service Coordinator

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping staff, including scheduling and assigning duties.
• Ensure all office facilities are properly cleaned and stocked to meet Commercial & Residential Building standards.
• Ensure that all safety and sanitary regulations are followed.
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
• Manage inventories of cleaning supplies, linens, and building essentials.
• Respond to client’s requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  

Housekeeping Supervisor Requirements And Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous supervisory experience in a housekeeping or hospitality setting preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
