Social Media Manager

Who We're Looking For

• 4-5 years within a social media position. Bonus points if you've worked in an agency or within financial or professional services.
• You're ready to take a step up in your career to Manager level and we will support and develop you to get there.
• You have the ability to think strategically and priortise campaigns. You'll be able to collaborate seamlessly with the Business Development and Communications teams.
• Storytelling is your magic. You can weave words that resonate and captivate - turning campaigns into unforgettable stories.
• Ability to work at a fast pace, manage strict deadlines, and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience setting social media strategy and identifying appropriate KPIs.
• Understanding of paid social media activity and its alignment with overarching communications and social media strategy.
• Some design experience is a plus (creating social cards or branded social media assets).
• Knowledge of scheduling platforms such as Sprout or Hootsuite is desired.
