Job Title: Social Media Lead

Summary:

We are looking for a Social Media Lead to join the Innovations Group and be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy. The ideal candidate should have a passion for social media and a deep understanding of how to most effectively use it to reach objectives.

Responsibilities:

Create manage and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase the visibility of the Innovations Group.

Monitor trends in social media tools applications channels design and strategy.

Develop content for social media platforms including website content blog posts images videos and podcasts.

Develop and administer surveys and polls to measure customer satisfaction and engagement.

Analyze and report on the effectiveness of campaigns.

Monitor social media conversations and respond to inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.

Monitor competitors social media presence and analyze their strategies.

Collaborate with Innovations Group colleagues to ensure brand consistency.

Stay uptodate with current technologies and trends in social media.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism or a related field.

Proven experience as a Social Media Lead or similar role.

Indepth knowledge of social media platforms analytics and best practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative problemsolving skills.

Organizational and timemanagement skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
