Training and Development: Keep up with new technology, work procedures, time standards and relevant technical know-how to maintain or improve work productivity and quality.

Perform other tasks assigned by immediate superior or manager, if necessary. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Perform all duties and responsibilities mentioned in the related business SOPs

Discipline: Maintain the discipline of the service establishment through strict adherence to company rules, regulations and procedures.

Required Skills to be successful:

• PDR experience
• Experience with 2 coat paint
• Not settling with average, be proud with the best quality
• Smart paint experience
  

About the Team:

Reporting to the Foreman, you will be working in a dynamic and busy After Sales EV environment wherein you will be dealing directly with different Stakeholders across the organization.

What Equips You For The Role

• Minimum 3 years of PDR (paintless dent repair) experience.
• SSC/Trade certificate/Vocational Training.
• Excellence seeker, procedure follower, result oriented & team player.
