Site Manager EPC Project

We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Manager to oversee the execution of our Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating onsite activities managing project teams and ensuring the successful completion of projects within scope schedule and budget. Responsibilities:

1. Project Coordination:
   
• Coordinate and manage onsite activities to ensure they align with project plans specifications and safety standards.
  
• Collaborate with project managers engineers and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.
  
2. Team Leadership:
   
• Lead and motivate onsite teams including field engineers supervisors and subcontractors.
  
• Foster a safetyconscious and positive work environment.
  
3. Quality Assurance:
   
• Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure work meets project specifications and industry standards.
  
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to monitor the quality of work.
  
4. Schedule Management:
   
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones.
  
• Coordinate with project management to address any schedulerelated issues.
  
5. Budget Oversight:
   
• Monitor and control project budgets for onsite activities including materials labor and equipment costs.
  
• Work closely with the finance department to ensure financial objectives are met.
  
6. Health and Safety Compliance:
   
• Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  
• Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  
7. Client Communication:
   
• Serve as the primary point of contact for onsite client representatives.
  
• Provide regular updates on project progress address client concerns and ensure client satisfaction.
  
8. Issue Resolution:
   
• Identify and address onsite issues promptly working with the project team to implement effective solutions.
  
• Escalate issues to senior management when necessary.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management or a related field.
  
• Proven experience in site management within the EPC industry.
  
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  
• Knowledge of construction and engineering processes.
  
• Familiarity with health safety and environmental regulations.
  
• Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
