- Manage and supervise the construction activities of residential villas, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of the construction process, addressing any issues or conflicts that arise.
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying potential risks and implementing proactive measures to mitigate them.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and building codes.
