Job Description

Work closely with various departments to gather and document their specific requirements related to Banner Student Information System functionality.

Configure and customize the Banner Student Information System to meet the institution's requirements, including creating and maintaining data elements, pages/forms, workflows, and reports.

Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users and administrators to ensure they can effectively utilize the system and take advantage of its features.

Continuously evaluate and recommend system enhancements, and improvements to optimize the functionality and user experience.
