Technical: oUnderstanding and demonstrating the current platform and how it supports the organization. oConfiguring Siebel Application using Siebel Tool and Client. oConfiguring different Siebel Objects like Applets, Business Components, Screens, Views, Links, MVGs, Pick Lists, Associate and Shuttle Applets, Toggle Applets, Drilldowns etc. oDeveloping Workflows, Business Services, Scripting (Browser/Server), Runtime Events. oProviding Technical Support in deployment and migration activities from one environment to another. oGenerating the reports using PL/SQL or BIP. Functional: oWorking with the business users to understand data requirements, functionality and business processes. oCreating the detailed design articulating the solution. oPreparing business requirement document/software requirement specification document based on the discussion with business users. oUnderstanding the business requirement and finding the out of box functionality provided by Siebel in order to fulfill the requirement. oTaking the lead in client relations, as appropriate, ensuring correct expectation setting. oWorking closely with Development Team/ QA Team/ Business users in order to ensure end-to-end deployment of the requirement. oInteracts with Operation team in addition of working closely with application consultants depending on situation to close all reported calls from business. oProviding training to business users. oWorks alongside vendors and other third party organizations as required. oProactively build and maintain confidence of business users and colleagues.
