Job Summary: Serve H-E-B Partners and Leaders by ensuring they have the information from each other to achieve business and change objectives
Essential Functions / Process Responsibilities include the following; other duties may be assigned as necessary
- Source and write accurate and grammatically correct copy, as assigned, such as editorials, newsletters, articles, and other print/electronic copy
- Leads the Communication activities for assigned client group including managing the work of a Communications Rep or Associate
- Acts as a consultant to the client group and to the Human Resources team regarding Communications programs, process and policies
- Manages a communication process and vehicle(s), such as print, electronic, two-way, and Partner survey processes
- Ensures excellent execution of all Partner communication processes, including, but not limited to: COO Period Updates, Quarterly Business Publication, Bulletin Board, Partner Exchange sessions, Focus Groups, Partner Surveys, Intranet/Portal
- Assists in developing and communicating Communications strategy and administration processes for assigned client group
- Designs and recommends changes to current Communications programs, processes and policies
- Develops and delivers materials regarding Communications programs and processes including Executive Summaries
- Exercises confidentiality and demonstrates high integrity in executing Communications processes
Education And Experience Preferred
- A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience
- 3+ years of communications experience
- Experience deploying print, electronic, and face-to-face media to support business and communication strategies
- Experience in writing, editing, and graphic design

- Strong communication and presentation skills
