Job Description

- Adhere to all Downhole HSEQ Policies and procedures and ensure PPE guidelines are followed.
- Extensive safe and efficient use of all workshop Service and lifting equipment following all applicable risk assessments and JSA's.
- With minimum supervision, prepares and assembles the Torquemaster in accordance with the product and process specification.
- Sets up and operates the assembly equipment, tools, and fixtures necessary to assemble, inspect and test the products.
- Sets up and monitors electrical assembly and makes recommendations for improvement in process and product quality.
- Works with assembly supervisor and QA to ensure product quality, by identifying and resolving assembly issues.
- Records and documents all assembly related inspection and test results, materials, tools.
- Carry out other work-related improvements as required by the supervisor.
- Maintains safe, clean working environment in compliance with the policies.
