Service Engineer-Digital Printing

• Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in servicing fiber laser cutting machines.
  
• Co2 laser Laser Welding and press brake Machines.
  
• Certifications in laser technology or related fields are highly desirable.
  
• Experience working in the manufacturing or metal fabrication industry is preferred.
  
• Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  
• Proficiency in technical documentation and reporting.
  
• Fluency in English is required and knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 35 years of experience in servicing digital printing equipment.
  
• Certifications in relevant digital printing technologies such as HP Indigo or Xerox iGen.
  
• Experience in the printing industry preferably in a customerfacing role.
  
• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex equipment issues.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively train and support customers.
  
• Selfmotivated and able to work independently with a strong attention to detail.
  
• Ability to travel and work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as required.
  
• Fluency in English and additional language skills are a plus.
  
• Physical ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and to work in confined spaces if necessary.
