Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders
- Provide menu recommendations and answer customer questions about the menu
- Serve food and drinks to customers
- Ensure that the tables are clean and tidy
- Present the bill and handle cash and credit card payments
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff to ensure the order is correct and delivered on time
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Up-sell food and drinks to customers to increase business revenue
