Inspect guest rooms and common areas to ensure they are clean, maintained and properly staffed.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders when required.
Address and resolve guest complaints or problems related to home services.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and front desk, to ensure smooth workflow and guest satisfaction.
